Booking

All sessions must be booked in advance either through our website or by contacting our team at hertzwellnessteam@therapist.com.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full benefit of your session.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event of a no-show, the session fee is non-refundable.

If Hertz Wellness Centre needs to cancel your session for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers are valid only for the period specified and cannot be extended beyond their expiration date.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

To use a promotional offer, please mention it at the time of booking.

Privacy

Behavior

Hertz Wellness Centre maintains a respectful and professional environment for all clients and staff.

Any rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or other clients will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying such behavior and may ask them to leave the premises.

In cases of repeated offenses, we may ban the individual from booking future sessions.
